Bamboo Paper – приложение для Windows, с помощью которого можно создавать заметки, наброски и рисунки. Как и SketchBook, данная программа разработана для использования на устройствах с сенсорным экраном. Есть возможность рисовать пальцем или стилусом. Утилита позволяет создать несколько виртуальных блокнотов для хранения записей и скетчей.
Заметки
После запуска программы пользователи могут настроить внешний вид книги, выбрав цвет обложки и тип бумаги. Также есть возможность ввести название тетради.
Далее следует открыть блокнот и добавить заметку. Приложение позволяет использовать в качестве инструмента карандаш, кисть, маркер, грифель или перо. Программа адаптирована для работы со стилусом от компании Wacom, чувствительным к силе нажатия.
Можно настроить палитру, добавив нужные оттенки с помощью цветового круга. Кроме того, доступен ластик, позволяющий стереть ненужные элементы. Поддерживается функция добавления изображений из файла или с веб камеры.
Все изменения в блокноте сохраняются автоматически. Пользователи могут отменить или вернуть последнее выполненное действие.
Экспорт
Утилита позволяет отправить книгу на печать, выбрав принтер, размер бумаги и ориентацию страниц. Есть возможность экспортировать заметки и сохранить их в формате PDF.

Great app — issues with store
This app is awesome for hand-written notes and sketches. Only issue I have with it is that it won’t allow me to add the extra tools. It will let me begin a free 48 hour trial, but once the trial is up it keeps saying that the store is offline. Now I don’t have access to the tools even though I want to purchase them.
Also, please add interface for import/export of notebooks, and backing up info.

Good app but needs some improvement
Bamboo paper works pretty good as a note taking app. I used it in a training class today, and it satisfied most of my needs.
Improvements I would like to mostly concerning imaging. Importing from the camera seems to limit the image size, in a way that I don’t think is the camera. Works for smaller images, struggles with larger. Also, I would like a way to import images directly from the Win 10 photo app.

It’s near perfect!
I really like the ball-point pen feeling. There’s no match to it, wish OneNote could replicate it (it applies ink-smoothing which ruins the UX).
Anyway, here’s my wish list:
1. I wish Bamboo Paper could distinguish between (Surface) pen strokes and hand-touch (like OneNote), so I can scroll/flip through pages with my finger.
2. I’d like to see more notebooks at a glance given the real estate on the home screen, plus the ability to rearrange them using drag & drop.
3. Ability to pin notebooks as live tiles for quick access from Start menu/screen.

Highly tamed and mature minimalistic design!
I like the fact that it doesn’t have the wobbly diagonal line issue with a Synaptic pen that most other note apps for Windows have. Big plus.
Also, the user interface is very minimalistic yet functional and isn’t cluttered at all as other note apps are.
Very true to the idea of effective note taking.
Just wish it has better sync options with major cloud storage services.

Cannot import WILL format
The Wacom WILL format cannot be imported by Paper, even if the app do support it. It requires to be shared from another app such as Bamboo Spark.
I would also expect that people buying the Wacom hardware could access for free the additional crayon packs for Bamboo Paper instead of having to buy separately.

At first when I saw this app I thought it was going to be like all the others, but just in case it was different, I downloaded it! And I actually really, really like it! It has a very easy to use interface and really great sensitivity, unlike a lot of other apps on the Microsoft store. Keep up the good work!

Pretty Cool
I like it, it’s fun to take notes in or make little scribbles and such. It was a bit weird, I had a hard time figuring out how to create a new notebook or delete one, sometimes menus pop-up when I don’t intend for them to, etc. I think I’m just getting used to things though. One thing I wish it could do (a feature I’d be willing to purchase) would be to copy and paste a small section of a notebook. If I want to use the same image over and over, I have to draw it, export it, trim it in paint, and import it again and again. Other than that, really great app with excellent functionality for the free version.
